The most powerful ringflash to date, the Sunpak AUTO 16R PRO, has a guide number of 16m at ISO100 giving a power increase of 33% over previous Sunpak models.
With the facility to adjust the power down to a 1/256th power the Sunpak Auto 16R Pro has the finest output to capture all of the required detail in your subject, together with a completely shadow free result from the circular flash tube. Even at close distances for Macro work the circular flash tube will provide a superior light with a sense of softness and transparency, bringing your subjects colour and details alive.
In low light situations the 4 built in modelling lights can be illuminated at the touch of a button to assist with focussing or for use as a modelling light. As soon as the shutter is fired the modelling lamps turn off to capture the perfect ringflash image.
Not only is the Sunpak Auto 16R Pro suitable for extreme close ups and Macro work, but it is ideal in a variety of applications such as portraiture giving perfect shadowless illumination and circular highlights in the eyes; medical imaging where shadow free images are imperative; forensic applications; still life and product photography where a ringflash can create the perfect illumination without the need for studio lighting.
The Sunpak AUTO 16R PRO Ringflash is supplied with a 58mm, 62mm and 72mm adapter ring and is compatible with most DSLR and film cameras*
*Use with Sony Alpha and Minolta models would require a hot shoe adapter.
